This oracle deck prototype is created for the RISD community, using images and words that RISD students can connect with. The experience design here is more intimate as it is created for one to two users. The heavier paper assists in shuffling the deck, as well as the rounded corners that ensure the cards won’t bend easily. They are cut to handheld size, and the slight metallic sheen adds to the visual allure. Oracle cards are similar to tarot cards in that they can be used for divination, but they do not have a set card structure like tarot and can have any theme.
